NZ Inspectra is an independent specialist consultancy focused on coatings, corrosion, and asset integrity.
We support industrial, marine, and infrastructure clients across New Zealand with AMPP‑certified inspection, corrosion assessment, failure investigation, and technical reporting.
Our objective approach ensures asset owners receive clear, accurate information they can trust for maintenance and long‑term performance.

How We Work

1. Inspection

Surface preparation, environmental conditions, WFT/DFT, holiday testing and application monitoring to ensure compliance with project specifications.

2. Verification

Coating application is verified against ISO, AS/NZS, ASTM and manufacturer criteria, ensuring long‑term protective performance.

3. Condition & Corrosion Assessment

We identify coating breakdown, corrosion mechanisms, CUI indicators, and remaining service life to support proactive maintenance planning.

4. Reporting

Independent, clear, standards‑aligned reporting with photographic evidence, defect classification, and practical recommendations.
