NZ Inspectra is an independent specialist consultancy focused on coatings, corrosion, and asset integrity. We support industrial, marine, and infrastructure clients across New Zealand with AMPP‑certified inspection, corrosion assessment, failure investigation, and technical reporting.

Our role is to provide clear, objective information asset owners can trust for maintenance planning, risk reduction, and long‑term performance.

How We Work

1. Inspection

Surface preparation checks, environmental monitoring, WFT/DFT measurement, holiday testing, and application verification to ensure compliance with project specifications.

2. Verification

Coating systems are verified against ISO, AS/NZS, ASTM, and manufacturer criteria to ensure long‑term protective performance.

3. Condition & Corrosion Assessment

We identify coating breakdown, corrosion mechanisms, CUI indicators, and remaining service life to support proactive maintenance planning.

4. Reporting

Independent, standards‑aligned reporting with photographic evidence, defect classification, and practical recommendations for engineering and maintenance teams.
